How Fast Is Your Shipping?
At The Retail Correction, we ship fast and keep you informed every step of the way.
Dispatch Time:
All orders are shipped within 6 hours of being placed. Pre-orders are shipped within 6 hours of arriving in our warehouse — the estimated arrival date for each pre-order is shown on the product page.
Tracking:
A tracking number is created and emailed to you within 6 hours of your order. Please note: Australia Post can take up to 72 hours to scan parcels into their tracking system after collection. If your tracking number shows no movement in the first few days, this is normal — your parcel is on its way.
Domestic Shipping (Australia & New Zealand):
Free for every customer. Delivered by Australia Post, typically 4–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
International Shipping:
We ship to over 220 destinations via Australia Post. International orders typically take 15–27 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.
Delays Outside Our Control:
Once a parcel is in Australia Post's hands, transit delays caused by holidays, weather, carrier issues or customs are outside our control. Every order is sent with tracking so you can monitor progress.
